Chloe Mitchell Millinery reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for products on this website at any time without prior notice. We attempt to post accurate information, but errors may sometimes occur.

Product availability

Once Chloe Mitchell Millinery accepts your order, we will attempt to promptly fulfil the order subject to available inventories. Should an item not be available, we kindly ask you to try back again or contact us at chloe@chloemitchellmillinery.com to enquire about a custom order.

All the items available are handmade and we pride ourselves that none of the hats and headpieces are the same.

Colours can vary slightly according to different settings on computer, tablet and phone screens.

Terms of payment & Shipment

The purchase price for the products ordered by you is due upon the shipment of your order by Chloe Mitchell Millinery. We ship worldwide via standard Posta. It usually takes 2 weeks. For information on faster deliveries please contact us directly at chloe@chloemitchellmillinery.com. Any items shipped will receive a tracking number and it will be shared with you once shipped.

Items are shipped after the payment has cleared.

Order process

The technical steps to place your order and create a contract of sale between you and us are as follows:

a) You place an order on the website by pressing the ‘add to cart’ button below each item. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website and calculated shipping cost.

b) We will send you an email confirming your order which will detail the product. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order by us.

c) As your order is shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

d) Subject to us having accepted your order, we will then arrange for delivery of it to you at your nominated address. Non-acceptance of your order (or parts of your order) may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

A product you ordered is out of stock.
We have identified an error with a product description.
The address and info you provided are not correct.

Delivery

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. We cannot and will not be liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

Right to cancel the purchase

You may cancel a purchase for any reason before the items is shipped. If you cancel this purchase, Chloe Mitchell Millinery will refund or credit any payments you have made for the ordered products excluding any service fees.

Liability and Indemnity

We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website. You expressly agree that use of the website is at your sole risk.
